Michael A. Kochan is a California-licensed architect with over 18 years of experience designing custom luxury homes. Passionate about creating beautiful, thoughtfully crafted residences, Michael takes pride in bringing his clients’ visions to life. He has successfully completed more than 90 custom homes, ranging from intimate 3,500-square-foot retreats to expansive estates exceeding 29,000 square feet, on challenging hillside, coastal, and environmentally sensitive sites.
